Reportika

Reportika- Reportika is an innovative reporting and report designing tool from the house of Drishti. With a modularized approach towards problem of reporting, report designing & customization, Reportika enables contact centers to access and manage information in the most adept manner. It is a comprehensive, easy to understand view of the data repositories allowing the user to retrieve the required data with a few clicks.

The tool empowers the user with custom reports generation by extracting information from any integrated database source. The web-based interface of Reportika allows managers and administrators of a business entity to not only access reports from anywhere, but also to constantly innovate using different parameters to achieve operational efficiency.

Drilling information from heaps of hidden, clustered data to present it in different ways is crucial for managers, supervisors and administrators, to achieve high productivity. Drishti's Development team undertook extensive research in terms of technology and usability while developing Reportika. The dynamic reporting tool, Reportika facilitates fetching of selective data in runtime, and thus aids in defining performance metrics and increasing operational efficiencies.

Reportika has three different components viz. Designer, Deployer and Runner/Runtime for designing reports, installing reports and executing reports respectively. Using these, the user can configure multiple outputs for reports. For example, the summary and details of a particular report can be integrated into a single report.

Unlike legacy reporting tools, Reportika has been developed in such a way that it can cater to the ever changing requirements of administrators, managers and supervisors in virtually any business. Additionally, Reportika allows even those users to design reports that have very little knowledge of SQL and Database.
