Q: What capabilities do I get with Contact Center Suite?
A: You get complete inbound and outbound capabilities including Predictive Dialer, ACD and IVR system, Voice Logger, and pre-integrated database, CRM and reporting capabilities. For more information, you can refer to our Products page.

Q: How many agents can I have on a single setup?
A: You can have anywhere from 5-500 agents on a single setup. For maximum efficiency, we suggest you have no more than 240 agents on a single set-up.

Q: Do you work with VoIP (Voice over IP) or TDM?
A: We are equally adept with both. We have deployed our solution at both, VoIP, as well as TDM, based contact centers.

Q: I only need a predictive dialer with reporting and CRM capabilities for my outbound campaigns. Can I go for such "customized" solutions?
A: Yes, you can go for individual components, or a set of components suited to your needs.

Q: I am running inbound as well as outbound processes. If I decide to go with Contact Center Suite, will I need to purchase additional components?
A: Since Contact Center Suite offers advanced CRM and reporting capabilities, you do not need to buy any additional software components offering you the same capabilities. Our solution comes with PostGreSQL database, so you do not need to purchase an additional database either. However, should you choose to purchase a third-party product (database, CRM) or software, we will integrate our solution with it.

Q: Do you also provide hardware components (IP Phones, Servers, SIP cards)?
A: We are authorized distributor for Digium in India. We do provide Digium cards. We do not directly deal with other hardware components, but since we have many system and network integrators as our partners, we can offer you an end-to-end solution at a better price. Our partners deal with all kinds of networking equipment.

Q: Do you set-up, maintain or operate call centers?
A: No, we are a Contact Center Solution provider. We only offer solutions to contact centers and enterprises for customer interaction management.

Q: Which IP telephony vendors do you work with?
A: We are compatible with most vendors. Some of them are Cisco, Avaya, Nortel, Digium, AudioCodes, Snom, Sangoma, Hitachi, Polycom, Aastra, among dozen others.We also integrate with other products as per our clients' requirements.

Q. Do you work with standard servers, or do I need to purchase high end Solaris machines, expensive IP Phones, etc?
A: Our solution works seamlessly with all servers. We will empower you to cut back your hardware investments by upto 70% with use of standard equipment like P4 servers, soft phones, etc.

Q: Can the software be installed remotely?
A: Yes, the entire installation and configuration can be done via the internet.
