Drishti and OutsourceSalesGroup join hands

Drishti sets foot in the North American contact center market with its award winning product Ameyo.

Gurgaon, June 11, 2009 - Drishti Soft, a leading provider of communications solutions, and OutsourceSalesGroup, today announced a strategic partnership alliance to provide all-in-one, flexible and comprehensive communications solutions to North American call centers.

The partnership focuses on exploring the North American call center market in order to provide call centers with advanced, next-generation capabilities at affordable costs. Enterprises that want to replace legacy, multi-component solutions can now avail the flexibility of all-in-one solutions.

Ameyo, being SOA and MDA based, minimizes the incremental cost to providing access to new services. Integration of software services even in case of incompatible system technologies can be done smoothly due to Ameyo's advanced architecture.
