Drishti launches online forum for higher customer satisfaction

Drishti announces Customer Assistance Portal to improve customer satisfaction.

Gurgaon, June 26, 2009 - Drishti Soft, a leading provider of communications solutions, today announced the launch of an online knowledgebase to enable first level of basic troubleshooting.

The online forum can be accessed at http://forum.drishti-soft.com . It is meant to provide its customers and partners with a fast, efficient and comprehensive method to gain knowledge on most commonly asked questions. The forum deals with topics related to communications capabilities like ACD, IVR, CTI, Predictive Dialer, IP-PBX, Voice Logger and CRM, telephony solutions like phones and media gateways, and connectivity related topics like VOIP and PRI.

Users can post general questions on this forum. Direct response from Drishti Engineering team is also available for general queries.
